Just 15 minutes away from downtown Rocky point or Puerto Penasco. Experience the ocean like never before, quiet, secluded atmosphere, amazing sunrise and sunset, and stunning views of sea of Cortez. Six Palms Villas are in a secured semiprivate section of Playa Encanto in between Encantama Towers and Playa Azul resorts in Puerto Penasco or as some call it Rocky Point Mexico. We have two separate buildings. First phase is Luxurious 2,300 SF of magnificent 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom spacious villas with unparalleled comfort, open modern floor plans, with unobstructed ocean views. Villas 1-4 are all two-story units. Each of these villas can sleep 8-9 people. Great for large groups.
Villa 5 is a 2-bedroom, 2-Bathroom villa located in the courtyard area above the garage, it is a single unit on the second floor. This villa sleeps 6 people.
There is a total of 9 units available for large groups. The villas can be rented individually, or you can rent out the whole property or you can rent out however many you would like. Property sleeps a total of 74 people.
New Villas Phase two
Phase two is a newly built in Nov of 2022 building. This is a brand new add on to existing development located in Playa Encanto. Second phase building are Luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom spacious villa with open modern floor plans and ocean views. There are 4 separate villas that are all single level villas. 6,7 are on the bottom floor and 7 and 8 are on the second floor.

Connected to the pool area a huge covered elevated terrace with beach Palapas, umbrellas, and lounge chairs offering refuge from the sun.
Outdoor Dining - Large tables with 4 BBQ grills and cooking stations for all your outside dinning needs.

6 Separate beach palapas for shade each have swings and chairs.
Kayaks and paddle boards. There is a small charge for the paddles we unfortunately these fees so people bring them back.

Fully equipped kitchen that offers full size stove/oven, fridge, coffee/tea maker, toaster, rice cooker, dinning wear and everything you need to satisfy your inner cook.
Bar area includes a wine rack and a built in beverage cooler.
Large 8 person dinning table in addition to a 4 person kitchen island.
Living room: Open living space with a large sofa for up to 10 people and 75 inch TV for your entertainment.

First floor guest bedroom: 1 queen size bed
Second floor bedroom: 2 queen size beds
Second floor master bedroom: 1 king size bed, 75 inch TV, and a private bathroom.
Available portable twin bed.
